This week’s talk about real estate is taking a little bit of a turn. Instead of how to make money in real estate we are going to focus on how to give some of it back. No matter what your religious beliefs we have always felt that at 10% of our income needs to go back to help others. What a better way to do that than to help others realize their real estate dreams.

What a great organization that this amazing real estate investor has created. The Caring House Project Foundation (CHPF) has developed into an organization that consistently provides housing and living needs for some of the world’s poorest people. Frank has created a miriad of opportunities to give from building and orphanage for $125,000 or buying a chicken for a village at $8.14. The great thing about this charity is they don’t just build houses and leave they help people develop their future through farming and providing the systems for a sustainable food and water supply.
Chris Knopik - Warrick Dunn Foundation
Warrick Dunn, running back for the Atlanta Falcons, tragically lost his mother, a police officer, in the line of duty. Warrick’s mother dreamed about providing a home for Warrick in his siblings that they could call their own. Unfortunately her dream was never realized for their family. This fueled Warrick’s passion and out of tragedy came triumph.
The foundation doesn’t only provide a great service to single mothers to assist with a down payment and furnishings. They also prepare them for success in life. The foundation only accepts participants who have taken financial responsibility classes showing their proficiency in managing money and life.
