Bradley is a listener of the show and a fellow investor. He has been doing a great job over the past couple of years investing in real estate at a distance. In this interview he will mention some of the hurdles to investing hands-on at a distance. What is even better about this talk is Bradley found a real estate investing strategy for himself that draws on the knowledge he already had. - Will you replay the sessions on your show? Unfortunately most of the speakers will not allow us to do that.
- When will the price be dropping again? It is $62/day per person or $12.50 per speaker, $497 for two people is the lowest we can offer.
- When is the next LEAP so I can go then instead? We really don’t have another event like this planned. It is a ton of time and energy to pull of the largest educational real estate investing event of the year. This will probably be the only one for us.
- Can I bring a 3rd guest to LEAP at a discount? If it is an immediate family member you can for $250. Not a friend or associate though.
