We had a major technical snafu and Larry’s entire call didn’t make it out on the podcast. After a lot of calls and emails we finally figured it out and decided the only way to make it up to everyone is to re-post that recording. Larry and I have been friends and business associates for a long time. He taught me how to buy and sell homes without ever seeing the houses. If you don’t think that is powerful then think about getting a lead 5 states away getting it under contract and then selling it within a couple of weeks and pocketing a big chunk of cash. Larry taught me how to do this and it continues to put money in my pocket.
