What is a good real estate investing deal anyway
We all get tied up in trying to get the deals to come our way. We are off networking with realtors, other investors, talking to homeowners and developing our advertising. So when the deals start coming your way how do you know if it is a good deal or not. We spent some time reviewing three deals that came to us this week. We looked at two pre-foreclosures to see if they would be a good short-sales or if there were other options with them. We also analyzed a multiple multi-family property.

Hey Jason, Great show. Nice to have met you in ontario ca. It has taken me this long to write. I listen to all your shows in my truck. When i get home there is so much to do and can’t write. It is so true. When we listen we want to write but can’t. We are busy driving,working or walking and can’t get to the internet to post. Look at me, it’s 6:30 AM. That’s when i can write. Keep up the good work.
